Network Infrastructure:

Cirrus Tech Ltd. is benefiting from various internet bandwidth and connectivity providers. Our major provider is at the moment Cogent Co., a Tier one bandwidth provider.
Cogent’s end-to-end optical network consists of multiple metropolitan IP-over-WDM fiber rings located in Cogent’s major markets throughout the United States and Europe. Cogent currently has a presence in over 85 markets throughout North America and Europe. Cogent’s network provides each building or data center with up to 5 Gbit/s of dedicated bandwidth. Layer 3 edge routers in each building are connected to Cisco Layer 3 Terabit core routers over two diverse optical paths. These core routers are tied together via an international backbone network consisting of multiple 10 Gbit/s DWDM optical links. With a currently implemented capacity of 80 Gbit/s in the United States and 40 Gbit/s in Europe, Cogent’s international IP network is the largest in the world and is scalable to a total capacity of over one Terabit. Network and Data Center:
Cirrus Tech. Ltd. employs 2 Data Centers for its web hosting and hosted exchange operations. Our primary Data Center is located at 151 Front St. in Downtown Toronto, and a secondary data center is located in central Toronto.
Cirrus Tech. Ltd. is taking advantage of industry leading local fiber optics networks which offer virtually unlimited data transfer capacity with the lowest latency. This has enabled us to connect to Tier 1 internet bandwidth providers on the same infrastructure. The whole network is being monitored by 24×7 on site engineers and in case of connectivity failures backup loops will deliver the data seamlessly.
Our Data Centers are protected by uninterruptible backup batteries and industry standard diesel generators which will provide required power for about 7-10 days in case of disasters.

This includes, but is not limited to copyright, trademark, trade secret, or any other statue. Group3 Corp. reserves the right to remove the infringing data from its server along with the account at our discretion. Group3 Corp. forbids anyone using our servers to distribute, store or transmit obscene or pornographic material, or any other material which Group3 Corp. determines unacceptable.
Liability:
If a malicious user obtains access to an account, either through the purposeful distribution of account information or due to a faulty program on the account, the client will be held liable for any damages caused by the intruder. If you know someone has obtained the password to your account, please notify us immediately, so that we may rectify the situation before any damage is caused.
Cancellations:
Group3 Corp. reserves the right to terminate any account at the discretion of the management. Group3 Corp. will refund the designated amount as determined by the billing for accounts that have not violated our Terms of Service. If cancellation is caused by a customer’s failure to abide by the Terms of Service, then no refund will be issued.
Customers have the right to cancel their service at any time by contacting us or using the control panel console provided.
